What we do

SALES BANAO provides paid advertising management and AI-powered lead follow-up and appointment booking for home service businesses. The specific scope, fees, and duration of any engagement are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Enquiries and free consultations

• Submitting a form does not create a contract or guarantee that we will take you on as a client
• Our free audit and free discovery call are offered at our discretion and carry no obligation on either side
• Any strategy or recommendation we share for free is yours to keep and act on as you see fit
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us

No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, appointments, sales, revenue, or return on ad spend. Any figures, ranges, or third-party research shown on this site are provided for illustration and context only and are not a promise of your results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, service quality, budget, sales follow-through, and the policies of advertising platforms.

Your responsibilities as a client

• Provide timely access to the accounts, assets, and information needed to run your campaigns
• Fund your own advertising budget directly with the advertising platforms unless agreed otherwise
• Respond to leads and booked appointments that our system generates for you
• Ensure your business holds any licences, insurance, and permissions your trade requires
• Comply with the terms of any third-party platform used in your campaigns

Fees, payment, and cancellation

Fees are set out in your engagement agreement. We do not require long-term contracts; our services run on a rolling basis and you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current paid period. Amounts already paid for a period that has begun are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing. Advertising spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees and is not refundable by us.

Messaging and contact consent

If you tick the consent box on our form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, and WhatsApp about your enquiry. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, copy, and design of this website belong to SALES BANAO and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Campaign assets we create for you during a paid engagement are licensed to you for use in your business. The systems, workflows, prompts, and tooling that power our service remain ours.

Confidentiality

Business information you share with us during an audit, a call, or an engagement is kept confidential and used only to advise you and deliver our services.

Third-party services

Our work relies on third-party platforms such as advertising networks, messaging providers, and CRM tools. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, or decisions, though we will work with you to adapt if something changes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
